1. Participate in the Leadership meetings, taking minutes and circulating them, follow
up the action plans.
2. Manage and optimize the administration work, monitoring and improving the
overall internal process.
3. Proactive and effective communication with different departments and coordinate
the cross team (global, region and country) cooperation.
4. Participate in some event planning and coordination of marketing projects.
5. Support and coordinate daily operations, including but not limited to meetings and
workshops, arrange domestic and overseas trips, expense claims and related
tasks.

1. Able to work at least 3 days a week
2. 0-3 years working experience, with high learning agility and clear potential to
develop
3. Strong communication skills, proficient in both Mandarin and English, and ability to
effectively interact with senior management
4. Well organized with high attention to detail
5. Effective time management and able to prioritize multiple tasks
6. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a
globally diverse team
