RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinates and involved in regularly scheduled meetings with management participants. And prepares agenda and meeting documents;
2. Assist GM to capture meeting minutes and follow up the action plans, report on and drive resolution on issues. Provides status on and escalates issues as appropriate to GM;
3. Organize / prioritize all kinds of meeting, update GM’s working calendar & track very closely;
4. Prepare and process a variety of letters, memos, reports, presentations, and graphics accurately and efficiently with professional character conveys ability;
5. Co-ordinate domestics and overseas travel arrangements for GM;
6. Make good communication with other departments and other function teams of GYICC;
7. Pre-check all the documents that submitted for GM’s approval according to company policy and procedures;
8. Track the progress/status of certain projects closely which assigned by general manager;
9. Collect information needed by the manager and the department for conferences, reports, and projects, etc.;
10. Maintain filing system for various documents and information;
11. Coordinate department related administrative issues;
12. Perform other tasks assigned by the GM;
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Admin Manager and GM.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree graduated, majored in English and Business is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years or above related experience in multinational company.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
4. Strong language expression ability and Good data processing and PPT presentation capabilities.
5. Self-initiative and proactive.
6. Good communication and team player.
