Requirement

2. 3+ years secretary experience, reporting to executive level in MNC

3. Excellent English skills both written and oral. Ability to translate from

4. Proficient in Excel; Word; PowerPoint

5. Good interpersonal skills and proactive attitude

6. Excellent communication skills and organization skills


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain GM’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.

  • Follow up on various meeting arrangements, and produce documents, memos etc.

  • Consolidate and prepare kinds of review report/presentations as assigned.

  • Organize on site and off site events

  • Preparing the General Manager’s expenses reports as requested

  • Monitor routine office admin jobs.
