Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in English
2. 3+ years secretary experience, reporting to executive level in MNC
3. Excellent English skills both written and oral. Ability to translate from
4. Proficient in Excel; Word; PowerPoint
5. Good interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
6. Excellent communication skills and organization skills
Job Responsibilities
Maintain GM’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Follow up on various meeting arrangements, and produce documents, memos etc.
Consolidate and prepare kinds of review report/presentations as assigned.
Organize on site and off site events
Preparing the General Manager’s expenses reports as requested
Monitor routine office admin jobs.
