About Our Client

Our client is one leading dealer of Luxury, high end automotive in China and with clear strategy of set up and grow used car business for the Group business.

Job Description

The responsibility includes:

Formulate business plan and budget based on approved strategies

Build and operate IT applications (used car management system) and tools to enable transparent and efficient business management and risk control of used car operations, covering both retail and wholesale activities

Identify, select & develop suitable used car business partnerships (e.g. brokerage partners to drive trade-in, platform partners etc.) for long-term business cooperation. Ensure execution of business transactions at dealerships are in accordance with HQ framework signed and achieving overall business objectives.

Develop and roll-out suitable used car related products, services, campaigns and initiatives ("products") (e.g., LSH certification, F&I and after market products) to build up used car retail volume ensure business is sustainable as a key component of customer's lifecycle management.

Strategize and implement UC dealer network to build up sustainable UC retail business, including network configuration, setting up of standalone UC Centers (LSH UCC and MB UCC) with lean/efficient organization chart, and implement approved business models with appropriate reward/commission policy/scheme.

Develop, motive and give on the job training to subordinate(s) to take on higher responsibilities in medium and long term.

Manage and control team expenses within budget.

The Successful Applicant

At least 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in related field, preferably of frontline experience.

Analytical and execution (eg ability to propose thoughtful and appropriate solutions for effective and timely execution to solve identified problems)

Clear and precise communication skills

Project management skills

Leadership disposition (mature, high sense of responsibility and accountability, self-motivated and able to work under pressure).

Leading team

Results oriented but with compliance conscience

Business sense

Knowledge and/or sales/after sales experience in multiple car brands

Building partnership
