Job Description
- Degree or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothingl; Station exp,. will be an advantage
- At least 15 years working experience in merchandising field, with at least 5 years in senior managerial grade (in Apparel factories)
- Brands handling with strong communication skill, business minded-set
- Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule
- Monitor Merch, production, PD, QC team colleagues
- Strong in Sourcing, Costing, Production, Communication, with good relationship with customers, strong fashion sense
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Good computer & presentation skills
- China & offshore production handling
- Flexible character
- Self-motivated and able to define, plan and implement tasks in a team environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Station in offshore and flexible to be assigned to different part of China / willing to travel overseas
