About the GOLD Program

Avery Dennison is currently recruiting for its Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. This program develops the employee’s knowledge and skills through practical, technical, and managerial training. Associates usually carry out several projects in various functions and geographical regions of the company. The program is designed to provide meaningfully, as well as challenging work experience through projects that will expose the associate to a variety of our operations and functions within our RBIS business, which includes:

• Customer Services
• Retail-Brand Owner Sales
• Factory Sales
• Global Sample and Program Management

Your Possible Roles：

• Within two 12-month rotations, some specific roles that you can take up include:
• Customer Services Officer: handle customer enquires and orders management according to the internal process and service standard; drive process improvement to enhance service delivery time and quality
• Retail-Brand Owner Sales Executive: conduct market and competitive analysis to identify business needs; serve as the main contact for assigned customers to resolve daily issues and drive incremental sales
• Factory Sales Executive: achieve sales and penetration for major factories; continually analyze, identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales and increase the range of products customers purchase
• Global Sample and Program Management 
• And other roles according to the business needs

What We Will Be Looking For In You:

• Applicants have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business management, finance, accounting, or related discipline and a satisfactory GPA
• Good English proficiency in oral and writing
• Internship experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is preferred
• Leadership experience in student associations; overseas study / extracurricular activities exposure is preferred
• Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
• Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously; sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects; and works independently and within a team
• Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
