Position Description: Accounting Process 1.Manage process oversight and initiate process improvements from strategic point of view 2.Interpret accounting policy and distribute to COS team 3.Ensure process flow and DTP documents update 4.Manage escalations, Issue detection and resolution as well as requests from internal team 5.Support Other Geo/BU Controllership team 6. Project Initiation/Support for new business scenario or process enhancement Manage COS Performance 1.Manage COS SLA through SLA and KPI 2.Governance meeting with COS to review performance, operational issues and actions 3.Compliance test 4.Reconciliation QC coordinator /check - Deal with Region/Geo reconciliation escalations Vertical Support for indivisible process in WW scope 1. Internal audit focal /support 2. Data Support 3.
