Job Description

Business Process Management is a disciplined framework for an organization to optimize the way the business runs to improve efficiency, workflows, and better ensure consistent quality output in critical operational areas.

This disciplined approach to workflows and documentation is especially important in an ever-changing business environment to assist meeting organization objectives.

The Global Partner & Support (GPS) team is establishing an organization wide Business Process management (BPM) framework to help guide the organization as it scales its operating model.

This role will lead the evaluation, development and implementation of BPM strategies, process and policy architecture and project manage execution across GPS to better manage and optimize our operating practices and assist in better meeting our partner and customer goals.

Optimizing services and benefits delivered to these partners is key for scaling revenue growth as GPS works with a diverse set of partner roles that include distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Systems Integrators (SI), and Solution Providers.

This role will also be key lead for policy and process optimization approach and measurement associated with design and development of features in the Intel Partner Alliance digital experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Drive maturity assessment of critical processes and policy residing across 5 general manager teams that impact partner and customer delivery

  • Lead critical process risk management and prioritization assessment

  • Assess and establish knowledge repository for business process and policy documentation

  • Research and propose automation options for workflows and documentation

  • Manage virtual team of process and policy owners across GPS and oversee governance model for BPM

  • Establish and oversee process and policy governance for IPA system and feature development

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or any other related field focus on Business.

  • 3+ years of experience in prior business process and/or knowledge management experience

  • 3+ years of experience in project or project management experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
