Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Develop high fidelity performance models to help architecture studies - Implement key architecture and uArch features into the modeling framework to project the performance and correlate with simulation/emulation/si data. - Engage in continuous innovation and improvement of performance modelling frameworks - Lead a team of engineers to guide towards modelling infrastructure development and studies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below: - Experience with performance modeling and analysis of subsystems and their micro-architectural implications - Candidates expected to have good understanding of Microarchitecture details of any of the SoC subsystems such as PCIe, fabric, memory controllers, cache controller and interconnects. - Good understanding of memory efficiency of various memory technologies of DDR, GDDRx, HBM would be preferred. - Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code - Good hands on experience on version control tools git, SVN - Good understanding of build tools like Makefile, Sconscript etc.. - Strong problem solving, debugging, multi-tasking, and brainstorming skills
