Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
� Develop high fidelity performance models to help architecture studies
� Implement key architecture and uArch features into the modeling framework to project the performance and correlate with simulation/emulation/si data.
Engage in continuous innovation and improvement of performance modelling frameworks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below:
� Experience with performance modeling and analysis of subsystems and their micro-architectural implications
� Candidates expected to have good understanding of Microarchitecture details of any of the SoC subsystems such as PCIe, fabric, memory controllers, cache controller and interconnects.
� Good understanding of memory efficiency of various memory technologies of DDR, GDDRx, HBM would be preferred.
� Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code
� Good hands on experience on version control tools git, SVN
� Good understanding of build tools like Makefile, Sconscript etc..
Strong problem solving, debugging, multi-tasking, and brainstorming skills
