Short Introduction of Functional Area

GRC is responsible for employees’ awareness of and acting in accordance to official laws and internal regulations and guidelines. To ensure this we frequently provide trainings, consultations and communication campaigns. Another aspect is the collection and assessment of risk across the whole company as well as validation of relevant countermeasures and controls. GRC work involves little “daily routine” work and requires and open mind, inquisitiveness and the ability to quickly grasp a variety of topics.

Your Responsibility

• Support of Governance, Risk & Compliance organization in VWATD
• Preparation of Trainings, follow up of documentation and report
• Support with Translation work (from English/German to Chinese and vice versa)
• Different additional tasks based on the experience of the candidate

Your Requirements

• Student majoring in economics, law, politics, languages or related subject
• Internship experience in large organization preferred
• Proficient usage of MS Office, especially Excel, PPT
• Proficiency in English or German. German language skills preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively
