1. Introduce Global Reliability Program (GRP) to the site and develop site maintenance master plan (MMP).

2. Execute GRP element actions in the site (ex. Operator Care, PM optimization, MTBF enhancement, Downtime reduction, QAR reduction, PdM tool implementation, Condition Based Maintenance, Paperless solution in EAMS, Spare Parts Management/Barcode Printing, Spare/Dual system evaluation, PQS Alignment in PM/CAL, 5S execution, Work management…etc).

3. Mass Data analysis via EAMS/Cognos (Composite Metrics Report, MTBF Report, Booked Hour/Work Load Analysis, Aging Work Order, PM/CAL Work Order Completion rate…etc)

4. Cooperate with PPU engineering manager/engineer to improve bad actor equipments (daily donwtime case and yearly TOP5 bad actors)

5. Participate in GRP/QAR/Engineering related Meetings

6. Supervise and develop Calibration Engineer, Reliability Engineer and Spare Parts Management technician.

7. Create/review/revise SOP and SOP training to meet PQS requirements

8. Promote GMP/compliance concept and Pfizre culture in the department (ex. OWNIT, Head/Heart/Guts, CI…etc.)

9. Support on Hsinchu site projects and CI actions (ex. Office Refurbishment, Monster program, Energy/GHG reduction project, Work Order reduction…ect )

Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher degree majoring in Engineering or Science
