Job Responsibilities：
1. Based on the analysis of the game characteristics, propose and improve the GS work specifications
2. Collaborative operation, research and development, data analysis, customized GS work KPI
3. Manage the executive team, implement (user teaching, server balancing, etc.); be responsible for related performance
4. Collect user reviews on informal occasions and put forward product improvements from the user's standpoint
5. Participate in event design

Job Requirements：
1. More than 2 years of customer service/GS work experience
2. Proficient in SLG games
3. Strong communication and organization skills
4. College degree or above
5. Can withstand greater work intensity, online time is not less than 12 hours a day
Sufficient condition
1. Overseas game players are preferred
2. Experience in game guild president is preferred
3. Native English
