Job Duties
-Good knowledge about South American market for air cargo, airlines policy on full ULD and reasonable pricing integrated with market situation
熟悉航空货运的南美市场,精通航司包板政策,结合市场情况合理定价;
-Response for daily management (training), ensuring the department can hit the target
负责部门日常管理工作(指导,培训等),确保部门业绩完成;
-Lead the team to implement and maintain customers development
带领团队进行客户开发和维护;
-Understand the products and provides the professional cargo proposal,cooridinate and fulfill customer needs
深度了解所代理的产品,为客户提供专业的物流方案计划,协调处理客户需求;
收集相关市场信息,根据实际情况提出合理化营销;
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience of cargo agent and 2 years experience of management
- Good network of agents (Central and South America is especially welcome)
- Candidate will good coloading business experience will also welcome
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Has a strong team leadership, good communication skills
