Position Description: • Responsible to manage and drive Global material for the factories (Inventory, turns, EOL, Build Plan ) • Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics & targets across different countries • Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/Sales targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures • To have a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams • Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics • The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team • Motivate and effectively performance manage Operations Managers within the account to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan. • Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level • Experience of working in an Outsourcing or contact center operation • Experienced in managing large multi-site /Multi skilled contact centers • Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets • Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards • Setting and reviewing of organizational / productivity objectives Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders • Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. #### Position Requirements: • Proven work experience as operations manager ( 10+ Years) •Material Management experience • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management • Budget development and oversight experience • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics • Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc) • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization • Leadership and organizational skills • BS degree in operations management or related field • Finance knowledge • Fluent English / Spanish highly desirable We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
