This position is for a one year contract, within the Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) team in Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO). This team is responsible for enabling Intel's Supply Chain through industry-leading Global Source to Pay Operations. This role will support Program Managers within GSPO in delivering projects/programs on schedule, ensuring that from a Procure to Pay operational perspective we are enabling the successful execution and stand up of these. We are delivering on a major change to our Global Corporate Purchase Card Program and this role will initially support the Global Program Manager in delivery and execution of this initiative.
The GSPO Operations Project Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Supports the Corporate Purchase Card (CPC) Program Manager and Process owners to ensure that business and operational designs align with our existing processes and regional/regulatory requirements through gather business requirements.
- Supports the planning and management of the GSPO specific scope, schedule, and resources to meet project/program objectives/goals, which will include:
- Creating/tracking/adjusting the project or program schedule/milestones.
- Assesses risks and identify issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives.
- Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate in consultation with the Program Manager to remove roadblocks/hurdles, and manages risks that would impede overall project/program success.
- Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions/teams. Plans and schedules work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in timely manner.
- Documents agreed actions and drives accountability with owners, adjusting plans based on needs, critical milestones, and identifies barriers or issues that impact resourcing, timelines, and execution.
- Acts as a voice of the project into stakeholders / partner teams, IT, and critical business partners.
- Manages interdependencies and integration across multiple projects, teams, stakeholders, and organizations.
- Communicates project/program status, outcomes, and dependencies to GSPO and critical business partners.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineers, Business Management, or a related field of study.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program or project management experience in Supply Chain, Business Operations or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in: Managing programs/projects of medium to large scale/scope, impact, and complexity through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Intermediate to advanced English Level.
- Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or agile certification.
- Experience with corporate cards management.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
