Time % Summary of major duties: 30 China Insights – data analysis to drive improvemnts and provide insights to business · Proactively establish, measure and report critical process performance metrics, peer benchmarks and Service Level Agreements and use the insights to deliver continuous improvement to the processes. · Review and analize data from GBS operations, leveraging analytics to deliver insights, providing valuable business intelligence for 40 Drive GBS China Operating Excellent · Drive and control GBS China process standardization, ensure adherence to GBS wide standards for all GBS operations · Connect with business via GBS operations to ensure continuous alignment with business priority and execute required changes within GBS China. · Participate in definition of GBS China standard process and relevant KPIs · Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize programs-projects. Provides business case development. 30 GBS China Process Optimization Initiative and Implementation · Establish a mechanism to identify the areas for improvement and to develop solutions, create an environment that emphasizes a mindset of continuous improvement by leveraging existing Corporate resources, tools and programs. · Proactively developing and driving the Continuous Improvement policies, practices and procedures. This includes process improvement strategies, efficiency initiatives and other programs leading to significant improvements in efficiency, compliance, Quality, Delivery, Safety, Cost and overall customer satisfaction. · Establishing Lean Six Sigma central strategies and execution/monitoring methodologies for the Continuous Improvement portion of the Strategic Business Plan, including growth, cost out and cultural change plans. Aligning improvement strategies to business profit plan for delivery of cost, and quality improvement impact.

Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Economics, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Information Technology or equivalent; Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification highly preferred Experience: Total 5 to 7 years of experience out of which the recent 3 years experience should be in business process optimization related work and demonstrated leadership experience within a shared service highly preferred
