GTS专员主要支持业务和所在地点内所有与计算机设备相关技术和服务。主要责任是支持公司的用户电脑以及IT基础设施和作为本地“智能手”（On-Call支持）以及为Avery Dennison的技术和流程提供持续改进。

责任：

1. 提供全面的与计算机相关的所有硬件的用户支持，包括Desktop和Laptop;

2. 提供全面的公司标准软件的用户桌面支持，包括OS, Office, Gmail, Notes, AntiVirus, Citrix等;

3. 提供全面的相关的外部设备、网络、电话/传真、移动设备等系统的支持;

4. 及时完成或解答来自用户端的有关计算机方面问题的电话咨询;

5. 及时完成用户服务支持报告，负责相应的IT资产管理及流程，管理与维护相应的IT知识库;

6. 参与公司Infrastructure项目的实施,及其他与Infrastructure相关的事项。

7. 提供全面的IT设备/资产的流转管理

8. 主管交办的其它事宜

1. 大学本科以上学历，计算机应用或相关专业毕业，3年以上相关工作经验;

2. 熟悉计算机软件、硬件技术及相关外部设备，具有较强的故障排错能力;

3. 在Windows OS, Office, Google Apps, Lotus Notes, PC, Printer等方面有较强的系统全面的经验知识;

4. 能够切实执行公司IT政策和遵循SOP操作规程;

5. 工作认真，待人热心、诚恳,能够承受较大的压力;

6. 较强的沟通能力，有一定的英语听写能力.
