Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 year's guest service experience preferrably in hotel or airline industry
• Attention to details and self-motivated
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented and a good team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
