Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient rooming of all Suite guest and Parkview Tour.
- To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.
- To be responsible in handling guest special services, acts as an information centre, resolves guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- A minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Cheerful, friendly and customer oriented
- Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
