Responsibilities
1. Create the world background and believable characters for a casual game
2. Design, write and implement systemic and scripted story-focused dialogue and in-game text content for casual games
3. Collaborate with team members to design content/quest/activities within the story line
4. Participate in other aspects of casual game design including entertainment, pacing, and player communication
5. Generate new ideas and proposals for social games
6. Collaborate with the art and engineering teams to implement game content

Requirements
1. Well known and understanding at European and North American culture.
2. A reasonable understanding of game design concepts and how a game works
3. Love writing and possess basic writing skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. A passion for making high quality games

Pluses
1. Experience as a content designer, writer, screenwriter or story editor
2. Experience as a game designer or narrative designer
3. Experience in playing and designing casual games
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5. Female designer preferred
6. 4+ years of working or studying in European or North American will be plus
