Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist development team seeking to create a mobile game that is appealing to American female casual gamers
2. Provide reference images and descriptions from primary sources (such as historical collections, museum archives) to support design and reach aesthetic goals.
3. Understand and visually describe historical methods of production
4. Provide feedback on character art, gameplay scenarios, and game narrative such that consumer demand is satisfied
5. Provide meticulous quality control based on art, design, and historical guidelines
6. Function individually, initiating projects as a self-starter and sharing crucial information when it is needed.

Job Requirements：
1. Demonstrate strong knowledge and passion for 17th century history and historiography and a commitment to methodical research.
2. Must be familiar with historical adventure/dramas enjoyed by American women.
3. Should be able to showcase an impressive ability to understand a target audience’s preference and be familiar with casual mobile games popular with American women.
4. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player, able to organize and execute their own research projects and present useful findings that support the team’s decision-making process.
5. Deep understanding of North American culture is preferred
