As part of the Production department and working in close collaboration with the overseas cooperation team, production , developing and artist team.
This position is located in our developing studio in Beijing, but you will also work and coordinate with our international teams, including but not limited to overseas cooperation team, international artist team, local developing team & PR managers and artists team.
From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:
1. Communicating with overseas cooperation team, including but not limited to identify elements designing , adjusting, testing and reviewing.
2. Collaboration with product team to work and improve gameplay experience, storyline and feature designing.
3. Coordinating with artist and developing team to complete certain content design and developing.

Experience and qualifications:
1. Coming from native English speaking European countries, and fluent in Mandarin
2. At least 2 years’ experience in the game operation
3. Knowledge and passion for casual games
4. Strong analytical skills and thoroughness
5. A creative spirit allowing you to develop innovative, result-oriented marketing programs
6. Good communication skills
7. Able to work with a wide range of profiles (business, game design, analysts, etc.)
