Onyx Games Studio is looking for an experienced Game Operation to join our Ops team and help developing and publishing our mobile games.

Mission

• Be responsible for editing game content in English; be creative to use popular and accurate words to attract the players.
• Be responsible for writing proposal for marketing activities.
• Be responsible for writing proposal for marketing activities.
• Be responsible for brand promotion and maintenance by using all kinds of social medias, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, foreign forum, foreign blog, etc.
• Research mobile game market trends and analyze market opportunities (SWOT).
• Balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences after the modification to ensure the game still keeps high quality and in the original direction.
• Respond to feedback, analytics, and test results in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve the game.
• Translate, review, proofread, and test game-related texts, pictures, audios and videos in your language to a high-quality standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in games industry.
• Excellent communicator (spoken and written) and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accept critique, willingness to listen, excellent critical sense.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dream big, but understand the limitations and work within them.
• Native English or native level speaking and writing of English.
