Role:

• Development and maintenance of various game features
• Adding fixes and new features to game server
• Create and fine-tune tools to assist team with content creation
• Optimization and maintenance of art assets within game engine

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of 3D game development
• Experience with relational databases
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese
• Fluency in written English
• Professional experience in working in a team

Pluses:

• Experience with .NET
• High level networking: HTTP and/or REST
• Cloud server management: EC2, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience on mobile software development on iOS/Android platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience with the Unity 3D game engine
• Familiarity with network programming
• Knowledge of game design
• User interface programming experience
• Server reliability and scaling: sharding, replication
