Responsibilities:
1. Assist story development for casual mobile game targeted for American female audience
2. Editing, translating, copywriting, and proofreading in-game text
3. Research historical linguistics during the Age of Piracy and identify how it can be applied to a mobile game
4. Provide feedback and edits on all aspects of the writing such as accuracy, consistency, and pace
5. Investigative proofreading though fastidious game playthrough
6. Support the creative development though idea generation and collaborative efforts such as brainstorming, mood board planning, and constructive feedback

Requirements:
1. Extreme attention to detail
2. Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy in English.
3. Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
4. Attentive, motivated, and a great communicator with team spirit
5. Familiar with casual mobile games played by women.
6. Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Basic information:
Job type: Full-time in-office position (not remote)
Location: SHANGHAI, Loushanguan Rd Line 2 Metro Station
Work Visa: Provided
Salary: 12k-25k RMB (or more depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 11am-8pm (including two-hours break time)
Work one Saturday in 2 weeks: 11am-6pm (including one-hour break)
