Job Description
    • Proactively seek strategic partnership and investment opportunities in Emerging Markets for Tencent Games
    • Negotiate and close deals to license games and IPs from/to Emerging Markets
    • Manage C-/VP-level partner relationships
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end deal execution
    • Research and share knowledge and insights of evolving local market trends
    • 目标新兴市场寻找游戏方向战略合作与投资机会
    • 负责IP版权合作等多种商业谈判
    • 完成客户关系维护,日常对接客户C-/VP- 层高管
    • 密切配合国内团队,具有极强沟通合作能力
    • 熟悉新兴市场行业热点及趋势,具有独到见解
工作要求:
    • 5-7 years of TMT or related work experience; preference for candidates with work experience both in China and in Emerging Markets
    • Bachelors degree or above in any discipline
    • Strong people and communication skills; comfortable liaising directly with C-level executives
    • Analytical and good with numbers
    • Independent, open-minded, and can work well with others
    • Passionate about online games
    • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English language skills (spoken + written) required
    • ~50% business travels
    • 5-7年TMT或相关工作经验;在中国和海外新兴市场都有工作经验者优先
    • 本科及以上学历,专业不限
    • 具备良好客户管理和沟通能力
    • 具备市场分析能力和数据敏感度
    • 独立、开放、善于 团队合作

    • 能接受大于50% 的出差安排
