• Conduct market research and share findings on evolving Emerging Market game industry trends (e.g., value chain and competitors, users, gameplay, M&A activities, etc)
• Proactively seek and shortlist games for internal evaluation
• Assist in negotiating and closing deals to license games and IPs from/to Emerging Markets
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end deal execution
• Manage deal documentation and internal processes
• 保持游戏行业敏感度，目标新兴市场游戏行业进行市场分析
• 积极地寻找和推荐新游戏给内部评测团队
• 协助IP版权合作等商务谈判
• 协助配合国内团队，具有极强沟通合作能力
• 负责商务项目书的部分书写与完善

• 2-3 years of TMT or related work experience
• Bachelors degree or above in any discipline
• Strong people and communication skills
• Analytical and good with numbers
• Independent, open-minded, and can work well with others
• Passionate about online games
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English language skills (spoken + written) required
• Business travel as required
• 2-3年TMT或相关工作经验
