• Main responsibilities and tasks 主要职责：

Ensure that products are developed competitively and effectively after tech pack handover from headquarter or direct customers, and that products are being produced and delivered on time in the right quality, adhering to all norms and regulations.

在收到IIC或直接客户的交接工艺单/技术包后，确保产品有竞争力地和有效的开发，和确保产品以正确的品质按期交付并遵循所有的产品法规

Product development 产品开发过程：

• Close cooperation with material and QA. Monitor and manage the whole sample development process (from proto to SMS, size set and PP etc.) and ensure sample on-time delivery with required quality.

  与面辅料开发、品质团队密切合作，监督和管理整个样品开发流程（从头板到销售样板，尺码板和产前板等）并确保样品按要求的品质及时交付。
  
• Evaluate supplier's quotation and actively negotiate product prices, MOQs, delivery terms etc. with garment suppliers to ensure the best competitiveness. On-going education of suppliers with regards to our standards, requirements and norms and regulation.
  评估供应商的报价且积极地与服装供应商在产品价格、最小起订量、运输条款等方面进行谈判以确保所开发产品最好的竞争力。就标准、要求及产品法规，对供应商进行持续的培训与教育。
• Reference (enter and check) product information in PLM and SAP (such as prices, incoterms, factory codes etc.) p and ensure the correctness of the data.
  在PLM 与SAP 系统中录入及查找相关产品信息（例如价格，国际贸易条规，工厂代码等）并确保相关数据准确性。
  
  

Production preparation and follow up 产品准备与跟进：

• 
  Work with other departments and suppliers to ensure greige is booked for production based on the provided forecasts and company instructions.
  按照生产产能预测和公司指令预定与公司部门及供应商合作，确保大货生产需要。
  
• Ensure the relevant product tests are initiated and carried out in timely manner and that they are judged within the commercial context.
  确保相关产品测试及时的启动与执行，以及其在商业环境中的评估；预警潜在问题或挑战，积极地寻找解决方法。
• Follow-up and monitor production status (WIP/Pivot 88) to reach an on-time delivery. Negotiate solutions to avoid delay of shipments and inform OPD accordingly.
  跟进和监管产品生产状态(WIP/Pivot 88)来确保按期交付；与供应商商定避免延期的解决方案并相应地告知OPD部门。
  
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

• Requirements 岗位要求：

• Textile, garment, English or foreign trade education background is preferred.
  纺织、服装、英语或外贸相关专业者优先。
  
• At least 2 years working experience with similar position in garment/textile industry.
  至少两年服装或纺织行业相关经验。
  
• Basic knowledge in the set up and processes of apparel factories, all factors affecting product pricing, garment production(strong emphasis on production techniques and workmanship construction of functional garments.)
  了解服装工厂的基本流程，影响产品定价的所有因素，服装生产(功能性服装生产工艺)。
  
• Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
  较强的数据分析和流程映射能力。
  
• Solid presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  良好的普通话和英语书面、口语表达能力。
  
• Team player and open-mind.
