Job Description / Responsibility

• As Garment Production & Technical Manager you will be responsible for ensuring and managing the timely and accurate production of all garments through our production lines. Working closely with the rest of the management team you will bring master samples into full production within your lines, accurately and quickly. You will be expected to be extremely results driven, striving for the optimum balance between quality and output capacity. You will need to have a strong personality able to control and direct the workers under your supervision. You will also be required to openly discuss and work with other members of the management team to achieve optimum production. You will be expected to be capable of handling tight time pressures without compromising your work or that of your team members.
• Able to manage the production process of woven garment and dye Jeans.
• Capable to develop and adopt the new Automated Machines and techniques to increase the cost-effective production with the required quality standards.
• Guide and provide training to Technicians and Line leaders.
• Developing and setting the new methodologies and standards to increase the production.
• Capacity to fix and achieve the target with the required quality standards.
• Strong leadership to motivate the team players & interact with all levels of company to implement the company's policies and goals.

Educational Requirement

• Should have strong Denim Industrial Experience.
• Ideally with BA or Textile discipline or strong industrial experience in Jeans manufacturing.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• At least 10 year(s) solid plant operational experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Quality Control/ Audit, Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Denim Garment Dye knowledge.
