Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle full sets of import/export documents, L/C banking document on time;
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal dept; and Responsible for track and control shipments from factories up to distribution to customers
- Monitor payment schedule in a timely manner Assigned in ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements :
- F.7 or above
- 10 years experience including 5 years in managerial level
- Experience in garment manufacturing is MUST
- Good shipping knowledge in I/E procedure, L/C, TT, D/A, D/P, banking documents, tradelink, license and C/O operations
- Strong knowledge in international customs regulations, banking and shipping formalities
- Good knowledge ofAustralia, Europe,USA,Russia andAsia markets as destination
- Familiar with import and export procedures inBangladesh,China,Indonesia,Myanmar andVietnam
- Team player mentality
- Good interpersonal skill, self motivated, detail oriented and systemic mindset
- Can be work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
