• University graduate in Fashion/Textiles or related subjects
• At least 5-8 years working experience in Babies / Children's wear 
• Communicate and provide technical support service to factory & buyers
• Strong fitting, grading, sewing and size specification
• Pattern knowledge is required
• Able to handle technical aspects of pre-production related to fit, construction and workmanship with merchandising teams, technicians from the factory and our New York technical team
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate in MS Word & Excel including Chinese Word processing
