Responsibilities :

• Responsible for driving technical direction & initiatives for particular fashion brand.
• Provide technical support for garment construction and quality related issues. Develop and train technical associates and factories to align with brand technical requirements.
• Provide technical advice to overseas designers and vendors in Asia countries 

Requirements :

• Experience in writing of product technical specifications, evaluating apparel fit
• Should posses the apparel engineering and pattern design knowledge
• Good communication skills with written and verbal in English is a MUST
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of apparel production/technical assurance knowledge.
• Garment construction and production equipment knowledge preferable.
• Must be able to work effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural multi-national organization.
• Must be able to translate technical information to non-technical people.
