Requirements:
◆ Educational qualifications&Teaching certification
- Master’s degree or above in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state license, or equivalent).
- Additional leadership or administrative certifications are a plus (e.g., NPQH, Principal’s License, or IB leadership certificates)

◆ Leadership experience
- 5–10+ years of teaching experience, often required across multiple grade levels or subjects.
- At least 3–5 years in an academic leadership role, such as:
• Academic Coordinator
• Department Head
• Curriculum Director
• Vice Principal or Principal
- Experience managing faculty, leading professional development, and overseeing curriculum planning.

◆ Curriculum knowledge
• Strong familiarity with one or more international curricula, such as:
• IB (PYP, MYP, DP)
• Cambridge (IGCSE, A-Level)
• AP (Advanced Placement)
• British, American, or bilingual systems
• Experience in curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and school accreditation processes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Cultural sensitivity, especially in international settings
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
