Job Responsibilities 1. Perform the monthly closing process 2. Support during Internal Control Audits and Statutory Audits with external audit firms 3. Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA. Perform correct recording and reconcile in different ledgers. 4. Complete statutory review for T&E expense reports 5. Electronic Accounting. Perform JE in time and form 6. Focus activities into customer-oriented service. 7. Support and improve performance metrics 8. Perform and track transactions / payments for utility bills and suppliers including intercompany transactions 9. Perform GRNI Reconciliation and follow open items 10. Resolution of On hold invoices working with SCM department (Buyers / planners) 11. Ensure all foreign invoices are process in daily basis including all requirements to be paid on time #LI-AM4 Qualifications Education level required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent Years and area of experience required Requires minimum of +3 year of experience Technical knowledge Knowledge with ERP and other systems, such as Plex ERP, Oracle, etc. Communication skills and teamwork capacity Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX and tax regulation Ability to operate and deliver without day-to-day supervision.
