Job Description

• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and co-ordinate with relevant parties for proper arrangements for smooth operation of the business.
• Responsible for repair, maintenance, renovation of the plant and outlets
• Knowledge of Interior decoration
• Responsible for shop license, exhibition booth set-up
• Lead the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance
• Outdoor work is required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirement

• Higher diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering with at least 5 years’ related experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Knowledge in Warehouse Administration preferred.
• Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Able to lead and coach a team of subordinates
• Reliable, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, flexible work attitude and problem solving skill.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
