Job Description
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and co-ordinate with relevant parties for proper arrangements for smooth operation of the business.
- Responsible for repair, maintenance, renovation of the plant and outlets
- Knowledge of Interior decoration
- Responsible for shop license, exhibition booth set-up
- Lead the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance
- Outdoor work is required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirement
- Higher diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering with at least 5 years’ related experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Knowledge in Warehouse Administration preferred.
- Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Able to lead and coach a team of subordinates
- Reliable, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, flexible work attitude and problem solving skill.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
