Clinical Division
The appointee is expected to perform the following general clerical duties:
- to provide general administration support, answer internal and external enquires;
- to handle the purchasing matters for the clinics and office;
- to coordinate and follow up the daily maintenance and cleaning services for the clinics and office;
- to provide support to all departmental meetings;
- to liaise with internal units and external bodies; and
- to perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education or specialized vocational training;
- At least one year of relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility; and
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Immediately available will be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a typing test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
