My client is growing their business in Hong Kong and as such hiring for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage the compliance framework and programs.

Your new role
As a compliance manager in the team, you will take a significant role to manage the potential compliance risks and enhance the overall compliance standards. You will need to conduct gap analysis of the latest regulatory changes driven by Insurance Authority and implement those requirements into business. You will need to provide professional compliance advice on products, marketing materials, data privacy and financial crime.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of compliance experience in insurance industry
• Familiar with insurance regulatory requirements driven by Insurance Authority
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and sense of ownership in driving results
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
