需要條件:

• 初中程度，貝備TCP T1資格

• 持有貝備15年或以上地盤工作經驗 (大樓)

• 如工作經驗較多者，將考慮聘請為地盤總管

• 熟悉地盤運作及統籌工作，能獨立處理地盤工程

• 良好中文書寫能力及能理解英文書信更佳

( Main Contractor - Building, HK$ 45,000 to HK$ 72,000)  

• HK$ 45,000 to HK$ 72,000 monthly salary 
• 13-month salary plus bonus
• New Building Projects ( Kowloon areas) 
• AL starting from 16 days 

To be successful in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or related discipline

• At least 15 years of experience in related new building projects with TCP T1.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Site Agent / Senior Site Agent

• Good commercial and contractual acumen
