Job Title:General Manager/CEO

OUR COMPANY:
We are a well-known western restaurant concept in Shanghai, operating microbrewery and wine bar for several years with ever increasing.

With currently 4 locations, will move to open 1 new restaurant during May/June with more than 60 new positions opening in restaurant and office.

There are more concepts ideas and new locations coming soon, growth is our target. We need your talent on board for the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsibility of the P&L - expense management and other related cost centers.
2.Optimize productivity and efficiency through people, systems and operational processes.
3.Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.
4.Team Building - Providing staff with coaching and developmental opportunities and building effective teams.
5.Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together.
6.Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Above 35years old and have managed more than 300 people and 5 outlets.
2.At least 5 years of experience in management level as CEO, GM, CFO, COO.
3.Experience in a restaurant chain or retail chain is required.
4.University degree preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
5.Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
6.Experience in China will be a definite advantage.
7.Proven track record.

COMPENSATION:
Full-time salary negotiable based on experience.
