Valmet provides maintenance services for pulp, paper and board mills around the globe. Our customized solutions help our customers in the planning and optimization of maintenance operations in order to improve machine rentability, profitability and production efficiency.

Valmet continues to develop its business in China and is finalizing a Maintenance Management agreement with our customer in Rizhao, China. Therefore, we are looking for maintenance professionals willing to join our team. Therefore, we are looking for maintenance leader willing to join our team in ASSD Rizhao. We have open the position available in our local site organization in the following areas:

- Mill maintenance - Maintenance development - Preventive maintenance - Condition monitoring - Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Electrical, automation and instrumentation (EAI) reliability and system development - Utilities supervision

As a Site Manager, you will lead our maintenance team and operations. Site safety, ensuring high quality of our maintenance operations and customer satisfaction are your key priorities. You feel passionate leading Valmet´s team performance with coaching and motivational touch, managing resourcing and disciplinary issues at the same time. Continuous development of your team´s skillset and ways of working is an important part of the role. With your team, you work together for a common goal to optimize maintenance costs and improve the reliability and efficiency of the mill. Along with cost control, you will also support annual budget preparations.

These roles are temporary positions for around 3 years.
