Our customer is one foreign invested company providing industrial products for china market. The company is looking for one General Manager to establish and develop the business in China market.

Key Responsibilities:

？ Budget preparation and control;

？ Management of administration, HR, Marketing & Sales and accounting process and departments;

？ Distributor network development, customer visits and exhibitions;

？ Setting up pricing strategy;

？ Increasing turnover and ensuring the company achieve its margin targets;

？ Establishing and expanding the company’s China subsidiary and developing long-term customer relationships;

？ Ensuring customers receiving professional advice and service;

？ Promoting growth in the company’s customer portfolio;

？ Ensuring the smooth running of administrative networks;

？ HR development programs;

Requirements

？ Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business administration;

？ Extensive experience in marketing & sales (B2B) of technical products in industrial field;

？ Leadership experience in China;

？ Entrepreneurship;

？ Networking skills;

？ Trustful, loyal, honest, resilient;

？ Fluent English
