Responsibilities:

• Product sourcing: commodity / food / machinery / sundries / home appliances / personal care products
• Enact and implement business plans with P/L responsibilities
• Spearhead ingeniously business development and sourcing exercises for selling to overseas customers
• Lead and manage the operations of Procurement and Shipping teams to oversee the supply chain from product development to customer fulfillment
• Develop new business opportunities with both customers and suppliers in establishing a long-term partnership

Requirements

• A degree holder or equivalent
• Over 8 years’ solid work experience in managing sourcing, shipping and sales functions for similar products
• Drive the teams and business partners to achieve preset targets at both strategic and operational levels
• Resourceful and resilient enough to handle conflicting expectations efficiently throughout the supply chain
• Able to convert ideas into business plans and execute them effectively
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Hong Kong based but frequent travel is required
