WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of Hotel Operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
• Drive culture of delivering memorable experiences and taking pride in turning moments into memories.
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands’ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
• Attract, train, retain & coach Executive Committee team members and Leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• 15+ years’ industry experience in upmarket/ LUXE International brands; at least 3 years experience as General Manager.
• Strong Operational and Sales background will be an added advantage
• Multi-city experience with Mumbai market knowledge by virtue of past experience being a huge Plus;
• Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales, pricing and revenue management competencies
• Has a good sense of luxury, creates stories, rituals and traditions;
• Strong process orientation;
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
• Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
• Local Indian National
