1. Formulate annual business KPI and the annual business plan according to the Corp. development strategy;
2. Collect research on macro economy, the developing trend of the industry, competitors, benchmark enterprises and land information to Corp. for developing strategy;
3. Cooperate with Corp. Quantity Surveyors Department and Corp. Project Management and Design Department to complete the implementation of real estate project application, bidding, construction management, budget control, completion acceptance and other work;
4. Responsible for the sales of residential projects, achieving the timeline of sales and revenue targets;
5. Responsible for the management of commercial projects, e.g., shopping mall, office building, serviced apartment, hotel and etc.
6. Responsible for Government Liaison, maintain and improve relationship with external units, key customers and suppliers;
7. Supervise the work schedule, encourage and give guidance to the subordinates when necessary.
