WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of Hotel Operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
• Tailor, unique F&B offerings and guest experiences - to establish the hotel as a destination within Udaipur & India, for our guests to "be themselves".
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands’ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
•  Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding community.
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands’ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
• Recruit and build a team to provide luxurious and personal hospitality, by creating personalised experiences and intuitive service that is impeccable.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• 15+ years’ industry experience in LUXE International brands; at least 3 years experience as General Manager.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel sales and distribution, with an understanding of the Indian market and international luxury travel.
• Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales, pricing and revenue management competencies
• Is representative of this Iconic Brand of Distinguished Hotels
• Composed and confident in dealing with luxury guests from both India domestic and international origins
• Has a good sense of delivering emotional luxury, creates stories, rituals and traditions;
• Strong process orientation;
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
• Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
