Specific Responsibility

Develop the Annual Business Plan aligned with company and market targets.

Negotiate with the retailers the annual contracts terms and conditions to ensure the category development and the company growth and profitability based on sales and shopping data analysis and identifying key drivers.

Ensure the On-line portfolio, pricing and content management are aligned with Brand Strategy; proposes on-line portfolio updates for the Channel, proposes pack size and price points to meet consumer segmentation needs while achieving the sales goal.

Develop On-line brand campaign and activities to drive traffic, to improve conversion rate and execution/result tracking aligned with Brand Strategy and Identity.

Develop and implement on line page design & programs for existing and new customers. Make sure the content description reflects brand equity and meanwhile match on improving conversion methodology.

Develop the Channel Marketing Activity Plan (MAP) and ensure effective and efficient execution for the On-line shopping festivals:6.26, 11.11, 12.12 and other celebration dates.

Job Profile

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or above in Management, Marketing, Finance or Engineering. Master in Business Administration or Marketing highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ E-Commerce experience in managing big marketplaces as TMall, JD & Brand.comProven leadership on large eCommerce projects – ideally from China Ecom platform.

Advanced knowledge of online marketing operation (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, SMS) and data analytics tools.

Alternative experience profile:

Modern channel Key Account Manager with large sales experience dealing with major retailers in all sales channels and store formats.

Used to work with retailers based on market and sales performance indicators, negotiating with purchasers.

Familiar with Category Management and other Modern Trade performance indicators.

Familiar with online projects or has led an online initiative.

Highly interested into managing ecommerce business as career development.
