Job Descriptions: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
? Developing and executing a business plan, including sales, operation and the cross functions in the xxx territory to reach/exceed business goals. (Plan ROA, P&L, margin and KPI result)
? Operate the branch and lead the whole team (work with all cross functions in the branch, supply chain/sourcing, ) to achieve the sales goals
? Demonstrating excellence in business to business selling environment on a daily basis;
? Effectively communicating business statistics & progress toward goals to motivate the performance of team members and other supporting departments;
? Hiring, Modeling and promoting career opportunities to personnel;
? Developing and training others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal goals;

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
? A degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
? Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
? Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
? Possess strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese Mandarin and English
? Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
? Possess strong computer skills and math aptitude
? Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
? A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
