According to headquarters standards and requirements, formulate company development strategy; work closely with local partners; develop local products, project management and delivery; complete necessary qualification certification, approved by CAAC, European Aviation Safety Agency and Federal Aviation Administration. Ensure that management/partners regularly review plan tracking and budget status.

Ideal candidates should be able to promote product policy, construction of engineering capability centers, cost and efficiency improvement, identify potential business opportunities and promote business change according to business strategy, have strong engineering, product background in aviation electronics (IFEC), fluent in English and Chinese, excellent communication and team leadership, especially in engineering, research and development, product team.
