Responsibilities:
- To develop strategic and effective implementation framework based on the corporate and business plans on rehabilitation, including specific outreach strategies to engage respective stakeholders such as owners and related owner associations to repair, maintain and manage their buildings
- To undertake all activities relating to the effective development, establishment and implementation of the Building Rehabilitation Strategy including necessary studies
- To undertake all activities relating to the effective development and operation of the Building Rehabilitation Platform (BRP) including liaison with various stakeholders
- To establish active dialogues with area residents and community interest groups to propagate the rehabilitation concept and solicit their support
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIS/MHKIE/MHKIA/MHKIH) or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity
- Possession of strategic overview and capable of forward looking and demonstrating analytical thinking and forward planning competencies
